Refund Policy

Refund Window
You can request a full refund within 14 days of the first payment on a plan or of any renewal payment for a Bilg subscription, whether billed monthly or annually. No reason is required — you do not need to justify the request or describe a problem with the Service to qualify.
The 14-day window is measured from the date the payment was charged, not from the date you signed up or last used the Service.
A refund ends the subscription it applies to. When the refund is issued, we cancel the subscription and your account returns to the Free plan straight away. Your content is not deleted; if it exceeds the Free plan's limits, actions that would increase your usage are blocked until you upgrade or reduce your usage.
How to Request a Refund
Request a refund through the link in your Paddle receipt email, or by signing in at paddle.net, where Paddle lists your past orders. You can also contact us at [email protected] with the email address on your account and, if possible, the approximate date of the payment, and we will forward your request to Paddle, who processes the refund since Paddle is the Merchant of Record and holds the payment record.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the "Manage billing" section of your account, without needing to contact support. Cancelling stops future renewals — you will not be charged again after the cancellation is confirmed.
Cancelling does not end your access immediately. You keep access to your current plan's features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. After that period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan rather than being deleted.
Closing your account is different from cancelling: it cancels your subscription and ends your access immediately. The remaining part of the billing period is not refunded automatically, but you can still request a refund within the 14-day window above.
Plan Changes
Upgrades and downgrades both take effect immediately. For an upgrade, Paddle charges the prorated difference for the rest of your current billing period right away. For a downgrade, the prorated unused amount is added as a credit to your balance with Paddle and applied to your future payments; it is not paid back to your card. Your next full-period charge follows the new plan's price.
